Rawamangun CC (RCC) got stuck into OECL Ceylon CC’s batting with three early wickets to have them in some bother at 21 for 3. The JCA veteran, Vishnu Kumar then called on his experience to lord over the RCC bowling in the company of Mufasil PM as they put on a stand of 42 runs. Aditya Gustama then struck regular blows to eventually restrict OECL Ceylon to 123 in their 20 overs.
Even though the target was not a very big one, the RCC reply didn’t get any momentum as the Ceylon bowlers led by Sanjeewa Senanayake with support from Shuhab Hussain & Shubham Patni kept chipping away with wickets. RCC could eventually only manage 100 for 8 in their 20 overs.
