Indorama CC successfully defended 9 runs in the last over to beat Mavecrics CC by 2 runs in a low scoring thriller in the last T20 game of the week. 22 seemed to be popular score as three Indorama batsmen scored 22 to provide a platform to accelerate from. Neetesh Pansare helped Mavecrics fight back with a couple of quick wickets and Indorama ended on 110 in 20 overs, a score that would have been below par.
Nikhil sent back the Mavecrics openers quickly and Indorama started well in their defense of a low score.  Neetesh Pansare was batting well from one end, but he was losing partners way too quickly as Vinod Verghese, the wicket-keeper accounted for five dismissals. Pradeep Patnaik & Kumar Shaswat kept Mavecrics’ hopes alive. Mukesh Tailor bowled a couple of tight overs and 24 was needed off the last 3 overs with 5 wickets in hand.
Indorama skipper PC Sethi bowled a superb 18thover breaking the flowering partnership with a double-strike and R. Srikkanth did well to defend 8 runs off the last over to take Indorama to a two-run win.
