WPP India XI were left searching for their first win of the season after their batting let them down again in a big loss to Senayan CC in their 35 overs game on Sunday. Senayan CC elected to bowl first and very soon, WPP India XI were in trouble with David Surjit bowling brilliantly to take 3 wickets for just 4 runs in 7 overs. Even Senayan’s profligacy with extras as they conceded 28 wides, didn’t help WPP India XI much as they were skittled out for 81 runs. Viraj Bhammar’s unbeaten 52 ensured Senayan CC comfortable win with 8 wickets in hand.
