A rampaging Senayan CC took on Indorama CC in a T20 game on Sunday morning and chose to bat first. Abhishek Sharma bowled a good opening spell for Indorama and his two wickets meant that Senayan were off to a slow start in the powerplay. Gema Fajar and Syed Kabir then got together to put on a blazing 174 run stand for the 3rd wicket which setup a huge score for Senayan CC. They started cautiously and reached 63 in the first 10 overs, but then exploded as 146 runs came from the second 10 overs including a massive 32 run, 17th over.
Vishwajit Tripathi & Nitin Joshi started promisingly for Indorama CC in the chase, but couldn’t find the acceleration needed to chase down 210 especially the guiles of the wily duo of Amar Kapadia & Ashit Mehta. Indorama were eventually bowled out for 129.
