Indorama CC used their knowledge of home conditions to their advantage as they beat Menara CC in a low scoring game. Sajid Ali & Raja Zahid Hameed struck early to have Indorama struggling at 28 for 5 and things got even worse when Faheem Butt got in to the act as Indorama collapsed to 44 for 7. Just when, Menara were planning on an early trip back home, Ajay Kumar & Vijay Nand stitched together a fabulous fighting partnership. Indorama were eventually bowled out for 114, which was a low score, but still gave their bowlers something to play with.
Skipper PC Sethi & Abhishek Sharma then wreaked havoc on the Menara batting with a splendid opening spell. Menara were staring down the abyss at 18 for 7 in an innings which saw 5 ducks. Faheem Butt tried to put a valiant battle, but Ajay Kumar returned to close out the Menara innings for just 65 giving Indorama a 49 run win.
