Earlier, Jaguar CC ensured they remain in contention for the title by comfortably beating K2 Kings by 7 wickets. Sunil Samtani was in red-hot bowling form as he claimed 3 quick wickets in his opening spell to have the Kings tottering at 14 for 4. Abhishek Sharma & Baba Sivasankaran were in the process of rebuilding the Kings innings when Praveen Uppal struck through a run-out and two quick wickets to restrict the Kings to just 89 in their 20 overs.
Sunil Samtani then returned to cap off a great day with a sensible unbeaten 46 that took the Jaguars home with 4 overs and 7 wickets in hand.
