Challengers CC had Senyan Lions in a spot of bother after putting them in to bat. A chancy, but resolute 38 by Sandesh Pawar and 33 by Raj Kapadia helped Senayan Lions fight back to reach 169 all out in 32.4 overs. Ranjan Shankar was among the wickets again with 3/33 while Manik got 2/2 to clean up the tail
In response, Challengers CC never got going as Ashit kept taking wickets to register 6/13. Only Srinivas 22 & Satinder 21 offered any resistance on a very hot day for cricket. Jibu chipped in with 2/21
