Yadavas Archean Tigers & Jaguar Punjab XI started their Indonesian Cricket League (ICL) stint with 2 games apiece this weekend. Tigers registered comfortable wins in both their games while Jaguars won one of their games. Crickingdom Lions also registered their second win of the season.
Yadavas Archean Tigers took on Crickingdom Lions in the first game of the weekend. Gede Bagus Priyandana bowled very tight lengths to keep the Lions scoring in check as they managed to reach only 56 at the end of the first 10 overs. Viraj Bhammar played an anchoring role with a hard fought 52 but Agung Gunawan dismissed him to trigger a mini batting collapse as the Lions lost their last 7 batsmen for just 30 runs.
Yogi Prastama & Muhaddis helped setup a solid platform for the Tigers chase and they seemed to be cruising to an easy win until Suhail Modak struck some quick blows. Ahmad Ramdoni held his nerve to guide the Tigers to a 4 wicket win with 2 overs to spare.
