The Indonesian Cricket league saw some intense action in its 5thweek with Ceria Komodos defeating current leaders Jakarta Knightriders to go on top. This week also saw wins for Daehan Super Kings & Chaiba Senayan Lions.
The Komodos lost their openers early after opting to bat first, but Rajesh Santhanam dropped anchor and through a 67 runs partnership with Maneesh Dubey, staged a good recovery. Maneesh Tripathi then provided the end-flourish with a few big hits which meant the Apacs Warriors had to chase 146 runs.
In reply, the Warriors batting never got going as Maneesh Dubey squeezed one end while Alfhariz benefited with wickets from the other end. The Warriors couldn’t string any partnerships of note and the only resistance of note came from Repan Desnika as the Warriors were bowled out for just 85 runs bringing a a lot of cheer to the Ceria Komodos.
