Indorama CC chose to bat first in their 40 overs game against BLPL Mavecrics played at the Purwakarta cricket ground on Sunday. Four of the Indorama batsmen reached 20s but couldn’t push on for bigger scores in the face of some good bowling especially by Satish Rani and eventually could only manage 165 in their 40 overs.
Keyur Moradia got the Mavecrics off to a good start in their reply. Ajay Kumar lead a brief fightback for Indorama with a 3 wicket haul but Padmakar Surve’s counter-attacking fifty ensured that BLPL Mavecrics got home with 4 wickets and 10 overs in hand.
