Meanwhile, the game between Mavecrics & Emerio CC saw action of a totally different kind with Nimesh Shah getting a 7 wicket haul to help Mavecrics rout Emerio CC. Emerio decided to put Mavecrics in to bat and Aryan Khan quickly got two wickets to justify his captain’s decision. Keyur Moradia & Padmakar Surve started re-building the innings but Vineet Kumar broke the partnership with quick strikes and only some late order resistance from Shaswat & Nimesh helped Mavecrics post 134 runs.
The Emerio chase was a train-wreck as Nimesh Shah struck in virtually every over of his and got support from Keyur Moradia at the other end. Emerio was skittled out for just 51 runs and only Raunak Kapoor got in to double figures.
