Gorla Satyanarayana bowled a few tight overs and also accounted for Sawan Malik right after the power-play to keep Warriors in the game. Muhammad Mubeen, who had been playing the cautious game, then decided to explode after the 10th over and his 7 six-studded knock of 69 helped Menara Ceylon CC set the Warriors a target of 173 runs in 18 overs
Good knocks by Yashpal Rathore & Daupik had ensured that Warriors looked in control of the chase at 90 for 2 after 10 overs, but a spate of run-outs meant that they eventually fell short by 49 runs
