Sunday was a better side for teams chasing as both Daehan Smashers & Ceria Komodos won after losing the toss and chasing. Crickingdom Lions elected to bat first and soon came up against some splendid bowling by Gaurav Tandon who finished with superb figures of 2 for 11 in his 4 overs. Viraj Bhammar partnered with Abhishek Sharma in a crucial 76 run stand which helped the Lions set the Smashers a target of 136.
The dangerous Anjar Tadarus fell early to Abhishek Sharma and the Lions bowlers kept chipping away with wickets. They couldn’t however get rid of Kirubasankar and he along with a crucial knock by Keyur Moradia helped Daehan Smashers get home with 3 wickets and one over in hand.
