Jakarta Barbarians comfortably beat both the weather and a struggling Metro Indians in the 4thgame of the week at Cibubur. Sakthi Narayanan started briskly for Metro Indians but Vivek Singh accounted for him and his wicket started a procession of wickets as Mohib Hussaini & Ben Burgess got into the act. A fighting knock by Sabu Joy helped Metro recover but they still could only manage 150.
Jakarta Barbarians started poorly and were 28 for 2 in 8 overs, but then a fantastic 123 runs unbeaten stand between Ben Burgess & Riaz Hyder ensured the Barbarians won with 8 wickets in hand. Both teams and umpires need to be commended on finishing the game despite a huge downpour
