A brilliant all-round performance by Desandri helps Apacs Warriors prevent Challengers CC from registering their first win

Apacs Warriors were off to a strong start as their openers Dwaraknath Naidu & Santosh Kumar batted sensibly. The introduction of Satheesh Kumar & Yeri Rosongna helped Challengers Superkings fight back as the Warriors collapsed to 87 for 6. Desandri & Suren counter-attacked well to help Apacs Warriors finish on a fighting 131 for 7. Desandri then returned with the ball to knock off the CSK openers cheaply with a superb spell of 3 for 9. Vivek Elankannan & Ranjan Shankar rebuilt from there but just couldn’t accelerate against a very disciplined Apacs bowling. In the end, CSK could only manage 105 runs in their 20 overs.
