In the other 35 overs contest of the weekend, Indorama CC hosted Rebels CC at the Purwakarta ground. Rebels CC must have rued their decision to bowl first as Vinod Verghese and skipper Nitin Joshi piled on the runs. The experienced Srikkanth then blasted a few sixes and Indorama were looking poised for a huge total. Irfan Raza then took 3 quick wickets and with help from Alfhariz, Rebels CC managed to bowl out Indorama CC for 189.
After the loss of an early wicket, Marten Eddy & Julang Dzulfikar put on a solid partnership and Rebels CC were looking on course, when Indorama skipper Nitin Joshi bowled a superb spell to trigger a familiar Rebels batting collapse. The last 9 wickets fell for just 38 runs as no batsman other than Irfan Raza offered any resistance. Indorama won easily in the end by 51 runs.
