Jakarta Barbarians were faced with a familiar batting situation after they had opted to bat first versus Metro Indians CC, when their two consistent batsmen Ben Burgess (32) & Jon Baker (32) didn’t get much support from the other batters and were bowled out for 113. Sabu Joy (313) & Kirubasankar (2/17) were the pick of the Metro Indian bowlers. Kirubasankar (29) ensured a good start for Metro Indians in reply, but a fight-back led by Eki Antaria (3/25) created a mid-order wobble. Sakthi Narayanan (27) kept his nerves to shepherd his team to a win with 2 overs & 4 wickets to spare.
