Dihan Silva looms large over Indorama CC as his all-round show ensures a hard-fought win for Ceylon CC

The experienced pair of Gaurav Kapoor & Dihan Silva had got Ceylon CC into a good position with a 86 run partnership, but they departed in quick succession and that triggered a collapse to the bowling of PC Sethi & Mukesh Tailor. The ever-reliable Rajeev Kumar delivered yet again under pressure to ensure Ceylon could reach a score of 150 runs. Dihan Silva then paired up with his Sri Lankan mate Lakmal to ensure Indorama couldn’t string together big partnerships and despite Nitin Joshi’s 30 and some runs to Kaushik Vishwanath, Indorama were 114 for 8, needing a lot to get. The tail wagged well but at end, Indorama fell short by 9 runs.
