The young Rawamangun side, then took on Ceylon CC in the second game of the weekend and started strongly, though slowly, as Rohan Shirodkar & Aditya Gustama put on 53 runs for the first wicket stand in the first 10 overs. RCC needed to accelerate in the remaining 10 overs, but the wily Dihan Silva then mixed his pace very well to get rid of Rohan. Senanayage, then returned for his second spell to knock off 3 wickets and RCC could only manage 113 runs in their 20 overs.

Dihan Silva, who had a fantastic T20 tournament, continued that fine form as he belted an unbeaten 70 in just 35 balls including 7 huge sixes and he along with his opening partner, Gaurav Kapoor, gave the young RCC side a good lesson on the value of experience as Ceylon won with 9 wickets & almost 9 overs to spare.
