The last weekend of the JCA T20 round-robin stage saw Indorama Supergiants playing two games. They lost to Ceylon Cavaliers in their first game, thus helping Ceylon top the league table and storm into the Cup Semi-finals, while in their second game, they upset the fancied WISCI Wanderers to knock them off the Cup Semifinals lineup.

Dihan Silva was at his murderous best to start things off for Ceylon Cavaliers once they decided to bat first after winning the toss. He was the first to fall after blitzing 62 runs in just 23 balls. The wily Sandeep Kukkar then struck back for Indorama claiming 3 quick wickets and the other Indorama bowlers, PC Sethi & Ashish Khaitan also tightened the screws. Baba Sivasankaran batted well as wickets collapsed around him, to guide Ceylon to a fighting score of 148 runs in their 20 overs.

Indorama lost two quick wickets in their reply, but Kaushik Vishvanath & Govind Sodani counterattacked well to keep their side in contention. Dihan then got the crucial wicket of Govind which triggered a batting collapse. Sajith Pullarkat & Lakmal Jayathilaka then combined well to bowl out Indorama for 132, leading their side to a 16 runs win and a top of the table position.
