DKI Tigers won the toss and elected to bowl first in a must-win game for them. After the early loss of Warwick, Aman Singh (43) & Malik Thariani (21) batted sensibly & through some hard running between the wickets took the score to a well-placed 70/2 after 10 overs with Malik being dismissed off the last ball before drinks. After drinks as Jaguar CC tried to up the run-rate, some very good bowling by Ridho Aulia (3/29) & Ardan (2/28) ensured the Tigers picked up wickets regularly & restricted Jaguar CC to 146-7 in 20 overs.

In reply DKI batted solidly but couldn’t force the pace well enough and at the half way stage they were 55-2 and facing a stiff chase of 92 more needed off 10 overs. Agi Saptiazi (22) and Ridwan Adwin (27) picked up the pace & batted well to keep the Tigers in the hunt but in the end the run rate required was way too much and they finished with 134-6. Marten Eddy was superb with 2/18 & Jagdeep also continued to caused problems with 1/21.

With one more spot left for the play-offs, the game between TKCC Royals & Menara Devils next week, assumes great significance as the winner would then join Jaguar CC, Victorious Secret & Emerio Dragons in the play-offs.
